This policy explains which personal data Papp Studio processes, why it is used and which choices and rights you have.

Papp Studio Concierge

When you use the Concierge and submit an enquiry, we may process your name, email address, company or business name, industry or activity, language, answers you provide, preferred contact method and the generated business analysis.

Concierge purpose and legal basis

We use this information to understand your situation, handle your enquiry, formulate a suitable first direction and contact you. This is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible agreement. We may also rely on our legitimate interest in careful administration and follow-up where your rights and interests do not override that interest.

Mini Me chat

Mini Me answers many fixed questions locally in your browser. Only when an answer needs the AI model does the website send your question to OpenAI. It may also send your language, current page and section, up to four recent chat messages, and a short summary of selected business topics you provided. That summary contains no name, email address, phone number, or Concierge contact fields. A question with a detected email address or phone number is not sent to the model; those details are removed from earlier messages when detected. Please avoid sharing private details in the chat.

The conversation and summary stay in your browser's memory when you close and reopen the panel or navigate within the site. They reset when you reload the page. Papp Studio does not save the chat transcript in its own database. To limit paid AI questions, we keep a technical daily counter derived securely from your connection address; it contains no raw IP address or chat text.

Mini Me waitlist

For the Mini Me waitlist, we may process your optional name, email address, language, signup source and consent status. This processing is based on your explicit consent and is limited to occasional updates about Mini Me development, new capabilities and availability. It is not permission for unrelated general marketing.

Optional visit analytics

Google Analytics 4 is temporarily fully disabled. This website does not load the Google Analytics tag, send analytics events or consent pings, or create new analytics cookies, including when permission was previously stored. When the website opens, we remove accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. We therefore currently show no analytics consent banner or analytics preferences. The website and other services remain functional. This does not delete previously transmitted data; already loaded older pages and requests already in flight cannot be recalled. Any future reactivation requires a reviewed website update and appropriate information and consent.

Service providers

The current Concierge uses Make.com for automation and data routing, Google Sheets and relevant Google services for lead administration, and OpenAI for automated Concierge analysis. OpenAI also processes Mini Me questions that need the AI model. The current website and hosting infrastructure delivers and secures the service. These providers process data only for their agreed role and under their applicable terms and security measures.

Retention

We keep data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Concierge and enquiry data is deleted or anonymised once the enquiry is complete and there is no reasonable business or legal need to retain it; for enquiries that do not continue, this is normally no longer than twelve months. Mini Me waitlist data is kept until you unsubscribe or the waitlist ends, except for a minimal record that may be needed to honour an opt-out or meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

Where applicable under the law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before completing a request.
